Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Fab Cam!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.thefabcam.com (the "Site") and your booking of services provided by The Fab Cam ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or book our services.
1. Nature of Our Services
The Fab Cam provides on-site photography and photo booth services for events such as weddings, parties, corporate functions, and private gatherings. All photos are printed and delivered on-site at your event.
When you book through our website, you are reserving our team and equipment for your event. No physical products are shipped to you.
2. Booking & Deposits
a. Booking
When you book an event through our Site, you are entering into an agreement for a scheduled service on a specific date and time. Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.
b. Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Deposits secure your date and time slot, and ensure we allocate our team and equipment to your event.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website and provided in quotes are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Pricing may vary depending on service location, package selected, duration, and add-ons.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your booking

Full payment may be due prior to the event or on the day of the event (as outlined in your booking agreement)

Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or through other accepted methods outlined at checkout
5. Cancellations & Fees
a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you cancel your event after booking, a cancellation fee of $150 CAD will apply. This is in addition to any non-refundable deposit paid.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, you may be liable for up to 50% of the total booking cost, depending on the circumstances and preparation already completed.
b. Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate reschedule requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for services, deposits, or cancellations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion and under exceptional circumstances.
7. Event Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that:

The event venue allows photo booth equipment and services

There is adequate space and power available

Any required permissions (venue access, parking, etc.) are arranged in advance
If we are unable to perform services due to lack of access, space, or power, no refund will be issued.
8. Content Usage & Media Rights
By using our services, you grant us permission to use photos and videos taken at your event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
If you prefer we do not use your event content, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
9. Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service at every event, The Fab Cam is not responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., venue power outages)

Loss or damage to personal property during the event
Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site or services means you accept the revised Terms.
