Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 27, 2025

At The Fab Cam, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo booth experiences for your events. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before booking.

1. All Sales Are Final

All bookings made with The Fab Cam are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

To secure your event date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your spot and covers preparation costs. No exceptions will be made unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, a cancellation fee of $150 CAD will apply. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs and is non-negotiable.

• If your event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date, additional charges may apply (up to 50% of the total service fee), based on preparation already completed.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate you — subject to availability.

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your event

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by our team

• Your original deposit will be applied to the new date if rescheduling is successful

5. Exceptions

Refunds or partial refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances and must be approved in writing by The Fab Cam. This includes:

• Major service failures due to fault on our part (excluding venue-related issues or uncontrollable circumstances)

• Cancellations made by The Fab Cam due to emergencies, with no rescheduling options
